Policies
- Gift Certificates are available for any services. They are valid for one year and are non-refundable. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Aura Day Spa is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit. Please secure all belongings.
- We guarantee our gel and dip powder within 7 days, fix with no charge.
- Party reservations of 3 or more need to have a deposit of $20 or greater.
- Service for facial, eyelash extension, massage, or permanent makeup requires a reservation and deposit, is not re-refundable.
